10.04 Grief is the price we pay for love
“It is extremely rare for me, but I did have a cartoon ready
for the death of the Duke of Edinburgh. On the day he
died, I reviewed it and it just didn’t feel quite right or in
keeping with the mood of the nation. At the time of the
event, this felt better. There’s always a balance to strike
with major deaths for a cartoonist.”
