 After graduating in May, I’ll be heading to Duke University to join Dr. Sönke Johnsen’s lab and
work toward a Ph.D. in biology.

 Ground was officially broken on the new scientific research station at my field site, Sumaco,
Ecuador, which is being co-funded by UNCW and Francis Marion University
