4 Some adjectives end in -a, like the following:
These adjectives have three forms: -a for the masculine and feminine singular
(ottimista), -i for the masculine plural (ottimisti) and -e for the feminine plural
(ottimiste). There is thus only one form for the masculine and feminine
singular:
