Institute. I wish to remain free from the influences of the organization
with all the aunts and grandmothers who worry about their daughters'
decency. I also have still much to fight and to pull through. Therefore
I would like to be my own master in my Institute as you are in your
School. I would only have personal assistants who help me to perform
my studies and work. I wou ld love to have your opinion on this matter.
You were the one to warn me of organization and pupils. But doctors
are streaming in for training. The doctors who are trained already are
asked to give lectures on my work. People are streaming to the few
seminars and lectures that are given by some co-workers. But also envy
and mutual hatred, together with greed are raising their heads. Can you

I would like to warn of the Communists. I don't believe them to be
basically human or truth-loving. They would kill me and you at a blink
of a Stalinist eye. And I am not sure that they won't do it actually,
when the influence of this work becomes socially powerful. They are
capable of everything. I know them well, too well, for more than 20

I am not overestimating U.S.A. But the chance for development of

November 15, 1946Many thanks for your good wishes for Zoe. She is a pretty kid
without a blemish on her skin. So far I don't feel possessive about her,
