In ten days I lecture to a large conference of teachers in Swansea,
Wales, invited by the City Educational Director. That I get only £6 for
it shows how difficult it is to make money in England these days. More
and more this country gets reactionary. Much juvenile crime and the
usual demand for flogging which so far the govt. refuses to allow.
Leunbachs are coming over for a week or two in June with the whole
family. It will be interesting to see what they have made of self-regno
(We must call it simply S.R. in letters. )
We have put up all fees
'
and, alas, some who have been here for
years have to go because they can't pay the new rate. I think it might
be a good idea for the Institute to join a press-cutting agency in England
for all mention of it and your work. In U.S.A. it is expensive I found,
but here I pay £2 10 a year and get almost everything that mentions
my name. Useful to me, for if-say-a comparatively unknown paper in
Scotland mentions me wrongly, it gives me a chance to do a little
propaganda in correcting the statement. We can discuss it in August.

My dear Neill:
I just had your letter of March 27th. I am glad that you
decided to come. I believe that you will make enough money so that you
will at least have your travel expenses paid.
About the "Devil," more in Maine. The British Society of Dowsers
has become very much interested in the orgone energy, since it seems to
put their empirical practical profession on a scientific basis. I know that
water dowsing is, in the main, a decent profession based on facts and
used allover the planet by governments etc. They wrote a very good
review on the orgone work.
Let me know in time when I can expect you at Orgonon. I am leaving
for Maine at the end of this week.
