drawing the map of a country, continent, world, etc.- On The Basis Of Their Uses
Maps are divided in to two major groups on the basis of their
uses. These are:-
♦ Topographic maps:- are maps that are used to show
all man made and natural features of a given place in
one map. E.g relief features, human activities, soil
type, population distribution etc. They are some times
known as general reference maps.
