The Drive » The quick way
is Rte 97 south. A scenic
alternative is River Rd on
the Pennsylvania side of the
Delaware – after crossing the
bridge in Calicoon, turn left onto
a rough dirt road. Just 5.5 miles
later at an intersection with
the bridge to Cochecton (cuh-
SHEK-ton), make a right and
then a quick left back onto the
paved portion of River Rd.2 Narrowsburg
Another small,
essentially one-street
town, Narrowsburg
overlooks the deepest
(113ft) and widest spot on
