receive both the courage and power necessary to make
seemingly impossible changes.
Surrender of self is the gateway to intimacy with God.

After All This Time...
It’s been over twenty-five years since older, godly men and
women convinced me that the Christian life is not meant to be
lived without prayer—just as life itself is not meant to be lived
without God. I have to admit, when I first heard these seasoned
leaders speak, I was in my twenties. Prior to that conference, I
had been either too lazy or too busy to make daily time with
God a priority. But because their passion for God had not faded
after decades of knowing and serving Him, I was drawn to their
undeniable courage and strong faith. Their conversational
relationships with God compelled me to want what they had. It
was so appealing that my attitude instantly changed, and I still
remain greatly influenced by them today.
