I learned a very important lesson that morning: God talks.
He does!
In any and every moment of frustration or confusion, instead
of worrying or fretting or talking about your concerns to
others, talk to God first. Then listen for His answer.
The first of my more than nine thousand “God Talks” began
right then and there at my kitchen table. I wrote down
everything I said to Him and recorded everything I felt or heard
God say to me. (By the way, I have kept almost every page of
our two-way conversations since 1984. Not only do I have a
written record of what I’ve said to God, but how God met me in
every situation and answered every concern of my heart—
which has included a fair number of no’s.)
