like cossacks. *

To Duncan’s last night on Caladan! *

GURNEY HALLECK sits alone on a bench, glowering into his *
beer, and plunking with one hand on his baliset. *
Duncan drops down beside him. *
DUNCAN *

He clunks mugs in a one-sided toast, spilling beer. *
