100g red plums, ripe and pitted
3 prunes
a handful of dried cherries
100ml soya yoghurt
150ml soya milk
1 tbsp. Flaxseed oil
1 tsp. Ground flaxseed
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
- In a juicer or food processor, blend all the ingredients, except the cocoa powder (and cinnamon).
- Pour in a tall glass and sprinkle with cocoa powder (and cinnamon) to give your smoothie some
extra chocolate-taste!
