The Fix-It Recipes
These recipes—designed for you to use in the 21-Day Plan and beyond—will do
more than deliver optimum nutritional balance. They’ll tune you in to the joy of
preparing healthy and delicious dishes. They’re all uncomplicated, because
cooking shouldn’t feel like putting together an IKEA cabinet. For me, there’s no
joy in that. You’ll find short ingredients lists and simple steps throughout. That
said, you’ll also learn some nice new skills in the kitchen, and meet plenty of
