Wild Rice Bowl with Egg
Cook the wild rice according to the package directions. When the rice is ready,
take it off the heat, then add the spinach and stir until it has wilted. Season with
salt and pepper. Top with the egg.
Note: You can cook a big batch of wild rice and sprinkle it over most anything
for an extra hit of heartiness: soups, salads, even oatmeal.
