crystallize. To see if the
jam is ready, remove the
cold plate from the
refrigerator and place a
drop of jam on the plate.
Let it cool for 10 seconds
and hold the plate at an
angle to see if the jam is
still runny or if it sets. If
the jam is still runny, boil it
for a few more minutes,
until it sets on the plate.
Once it sets, remove it
