be  able    to  slide   the
dough   on  the rolling
surface during  the
rolling process.    If  it  is
sticking,   run an  offset
spatula underneath  to
loosen  it, then    gently  lift
it  off and lightly dust
underneath  with    flour.
Rotate  the dough   a
quarter turn    clockwise,
make    sure    that    there   is
still   enough  flour
