bag you used for the
bottom crust and pipe a
crisscross lattice design of
the mix on top of the tart,
from one edge of the pan
to the other. Pipe 1 last
ring or teardrops along
the edge of the ring and
arrange the hazelnuts on
top. There should be
enough halved hazelnuts
