9 Place the cake pan on


a sheet pan in the
preheated oven and bake
for 30 to 35 minutes, until
light golden brown and a
paring knife comes out
clean when inserted in the
middle. Unmold onto a
wire rack, cover with a
towel, and allow to cool.
