the mixing will have lumps
that will be impossible to
get rid of later on. Mix the
dough for 5 minutes on
medium speed and stop
the machine. Using a
rubber spatula or a dough
scraper, scrape the dough
that is stuck to the bottom
and sides of the bowl. If
the dough seems very wet
and loose, add a tiny
amount of all-purpose
