say,    10  macarons    from    ½
inch    above   the sheet   pan;
then    the sheet   pan moves
and they    deposit 10  more
from    the same    height. The
sheet   pan moves,  but the
tips    remain  at  the same
height  above   the pan.
Like    many    skills  in  my
profession, you will    get
good    at  piping  by  ... piping.
