The nuts will be slightly
tacky to the touch
because of the cocoa
butter, but if they have
been properly roasted
they will be very crunchy.
When you store them in
the jar they’ll clump
together, but don’t worry
—if you shake the jar or
give them a stir they’ll
come apart immediately
and remain perfectly
