many different niches; others will not.
When I know I am going to recommend someone to my
list, I begin to let them know more about that person over
time. I will mention their name on a teleseminar, write
something about them in one of my email messages, or
include something about them in one of my short reports. I
refer to this as 'seeding' my audience. If that person has
something free to give away to my subscribers, that makes
it even easier for me to introduce them to my list.
I also use my own story as a personal case study. If you
know that I have spent my own money on something, and
that I have benefitted from it, you are much more likely to
want to try it out for yourself. All of this is for the purpose
of making it easier to promote something they have to offer
later on. By then, my people feel like this is someone they
can trust, and they will take the offer much more seriously.
One last thing that I want you to also be aware of is that
some products can be promoted forever and other
products, especially live events and live online courses, are
only available for a specified period of time. When you are
just getting started, I recommend choosing affiliate
products that are evergreen, meaning that they can be
promoted for years to come. This will save you lots of time.
