[Quran, Mary verse 31]
4) that he is dutiful to his mother
- "(He) hath made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable;
[Quran, Mary verse 32]
4) That peace is upon him the day he was born and the day he will die.
- "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall
be raised up to life (again)"!
[Quran, Mary verse 33]
Was Jesus crucified according to the Quran?
The Quranic narrative supports the idea that Judas the one who was leading the
Jews to Jesus was the one who was subsequently killed, God gave the features of
Jesus to him and so when the Jews captured him the thought with certainty that it
was Jesus they were killing.
As for Jesus Allah saved him from his enemies, and they were not able to capture
him and crucify him as they wanted.
Allah says :
- That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the
Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made
to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain)
knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:- - Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-
