In Christ, the personified Word, ''are hid all the

treasures of wisdom and knowledge." Col. (^2) :3.
Thinkoftheall-comprehendingmeaningofthemar-
velous expression, "allthe treasures of wisdom and
knowledge." Thesetreasuresincludealltheunsearch-
ableandunfathomabledeepsofthedivinemind. In-
spiration, catching in one glimpsethe infinitude of
thesetreasures,cries out,"Othedepth oftheriches
bothofthewisdomandknowledgeof God!" Rom.
II-33-
O thedepthindeed!
Andallthisknowledgeandwisdom,allindeedthat
thereis,hasbeenrevealedtousinJesusChrist. He
Himself says, "Allthings thatthe Father hath are
Mine." John 16:15. These"allthings," theSpirit
receivestoshowtothedisciplesofChrist.
Andwhatacomprehendingsweepof thingsis in-
cludedinthatexpression, "allthingsthat theFather
hath"! Howmuchhas He? Look yonderintothe
heavens. Beholdathousandsunsrollingintheabyss
ofspace; andaroundthem, held bythem, attendant
worlds teeming with life and beauty—stars upon
stars,andworlds uponworlds, universebeyond uni-
verse, creation beyond creation. All that wesee is
butatinysuburbofthegreatcreation.
Wetakeafive-inchglassandlookatonemerespot
inthe heavens. Wonder of wonders! It is trans-
formedintohundreds ofsuns, socloselystuddedto-
getherthatwecannotnumberthem.
Wefinda strongerglass. Stillothersuns appear,
sunsuponsuns,asthesandsoftheseashore,innumer-
