OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me,
my own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy Christ Selves of all
mankind, Holy Christ Selves of the president, the vice-presi-
dent, and their families; beloved Alpha and Omega in the Great
Central Sun, beloved Helios and Vesta in the sun of our system,
beloved Archangel Michael, all the Archangels, powers, activ-
ities, and legions of Light, angels and activities of the sacred
fire, beloved Sanat Kumara and the Holy Kumaras, beloved
Mighty Victory, beloved Lord Gautama, beloved Mighty
Cosmos, beloved Maha Chohan, beloved Goddess of Liberty,
beloved Mighty Astrea, beloved Great Divine Director, beloved
Jesus the Christ, beloved Mother Mary, beloved Saint Germain,
beloved El Morya, beloved Hilarion, beloved Djwal Kul, be-
loved Kuthumi, beloved Chananda, beloved Guru Ma, Lanello
and K-17 in the Cosmic Secret Service, every ascended and
cosmic being in or on all worlds whatsoever, the entire Spirit of
the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental
life—fire, air, water, and earth!
In the name of the Presence of God which I AM, by and
through the power of the sacred fire vested in me and by the
power of the three-times-three, I decree:
According to the will of God and by the authority of his
law, enfold the office of the president and of the vice-president
of the United States of America, those elected to these offices,
and those who hold the flame of hierarchy for these offices in
a gigantic pillar of the pure white dazzling Light of the Christ
through which nothing of the human can ever pass!
Keep this pillar of Light surrounded by the activity of the
wall of blue lightning of divine love and the violet transmuting
flame in its most powerful, dynamic action to keep these offices
and those worthy of holding them safe and secure in the
Ascended Masters’ Light! (3x)
