    vessel canted toward each other, below a
    bishops miter, in cold enamel, two escutch­
    eons, dexter or, a moors head in profile proper
    crowned, and sinister, quarterly one and four
    sable a lion or crowned gules and two and
    three lozengy argent and azure.
