Photographing the trials for the cliff-diving world championships from a boat was a challenge to the EF 70–
200 mm f/4 L IS USM’s image stabilization, but all of the images were sharp, even as the violent swells
tossed our little ship (the SS Minnow) around. Depending on how large this photo runs, you may be not able
to see just how sharp the divers are, but they are sharp despite the diffi cult conditions under which the photo
