was the accusations affected me emotionally, just as
much as though I had really done it. Now that I have
put in a completely new program, I feel fine."

could never say " No" to anyone. I was always
lending money to my brother-in-law, and saying
"Yes" to every business opportunity that came my
way. I got burnt every time. You have to learn to say
"No" until your tongue bleeds. It took me a long time
to change my program, but now that I have, I feel in
control."


USA: Angela, "My father was an alcoholic, but he
was also very successful. He was a millionaire, and
controlled a very substantial engineering business in
Ohio. He was a terrible father and husband. I have
programs that say, success is getting home drunk at
2am, and leaving at 6am with a couple of bananas for
another round of the same. I've been telling myself for
years, that this is what you have to do to become
successful, and of course I've cut myself off from
many things. I am now programming for what I want,
in the way that I want it to happen."


USA: Otello, "I'm in the insurance industry. I have
no problem making initial contact with my clients. I
had a major problem doing any follow up or follow
through, but I've cracked it now. I'll tell you what I
did. I simulated making phone calls. I'd pick up the
peanut butter jar and pretend to punch in phone
numbers, then I'd put it to my ear and make a phone
call. I'd go through the whole routine. I'd pick up a
candle and do the same thing, I'd punch in those
numbers and make a phone call. It didn't matter
