pennies to rub together.


Your biocomputer will get you exactly to the
point that you visualize. At the end of your program
you will come to a GRINDING HALT!


Baroque music, do you think it can help?
Yes I do. I think many people can benefit by using
baroque music on their visualization tape. I do think
one also has to be careful that you don't fall asleep,
because if you do you obviously can't visualize. I
would suggest baroque music be used by people who
find it very difficult to relax and, therefore, find it
difficult to deactivate their RAS. Try Handel or Bach.
What you need is sixty beats a minute, although
some of my biocomputer students inform me their
biocomputers respond better to loud pop music!


When I awake in the mornings I feel as though my
RAS is deactivated for quite a period of time. Is this
a problem?
It could be, let me give you an example. A
colleague of mine had the same problem and to him it
really was a problem. He would get up in the
morning and put the coffee on. He knew something
was wrong, but he couldn't quite put his finger on
exactly what. He was unfortunate in the fact that he
didn't realize that his RAS was deactivated for maybe
an hour or two in the mornings. It just so happened
that for eleven years his wife verbally attacked him
and abused him every morning while his RAS was
