panic. You can program that you will always make
the right decision, you can program that you will
always take the right option. You can program
awareness.


The other thing you must learn to do, is to
program quickly. You do this by keeping your
biocomputer off the thing you don't want to happen
and concentrate fully on the thing that you do want
to happen.


I'm always worried about my health. Any
suggestions?
Yes, first I'd like to make a few comments. People
who worry about their health build up a very
negative program by affirming over and over again
that they have health problems. (That's exactly what
hypochondria is!) Of course, like all programs they
become a self-fulfilling prophesy.


I have also noticed that it's the same people that
buy all the health books, same as it's always the same
people who buy all the diet books and the same
people who buy all the wealth books. My point is,
again, reading is a left computer exercise, without
having matching pictures all is in vain.


Obviously you need two programs. The first one
for your left computer affirming over and over again
that you are in a very good state of mental and
physical health. You can state on the tape any
particular areas that you are concerned with. Maybe
you want to include that your heart is very strong or
that your liver and lungs are in perfect condition and
function extremely well. You can also affirm that
every day you are guided into a better way of living
and that you respect your body and your health.
