beef up our goals with?
That's a simple one and I often wonder why
people don't beef up their goals instead of just
accepting what they think they can get.
You can beef up your goals using words like, 'I
accomplish my goal whilst having lots of fun', or 'I do
it with ease', or 'I accomplish it with style and finesse',
or 'I lead the good life while accomplishing this goal.'
You're abso lutely right that most people program
with the words: 'at whatever the cost' or 'regardless'
and in the end they pay a higher price because that's
what they programmed themselves with. Semantics
are so important. You can also add, 'I remain being my
own man' or in your case, 'woman'. You can add, 'and
helping people at the same time' or whatever it is you
would really like to happen. Does that answer your
