I had an experience when I worked a conference
for four days at the Sydney Convention Centre and I
hardly got any sleep. On the fourth day I nearly got
run down by a bus in the auditorium, trouble was no
one else saw it!


In your experience as a business consultant, what are
the main problems business people are confronted
with and why do so many businesses go down the
tubes?
Good question, you obviously know I love
consultancy work. One of the main reasons for going
down the tubes is not getting into action quick enough
when problems arise. In consultancy I would say nine
times out of ten the consultants are called in too late.
What we normally find, is a business that got into
problems maybe twelve or eighteen months
previously and the owners didn't recognize it or just
plain had their heads in the sand.


One of the big problems is runaway overheads.
This is an area that we always slash. We look at
management and profit margins and ways of
increasing turnover. We always find ways of pacing
the creditors, make arrangements whereby they are
paid off over a period of time.


One of your greatest assets is your biocomputer.
You can visualize things in advance, before they
actually happen. Remember Noah didn't wait for the
rains, before he started to build the ark. I would
suggest that every business-person, should, instead of
rushing off to bed, spend a little time visualizing the
business in advance, before problems arise. You can of
course program the biocomputer to solve business
