Since the day the studio first opened, the objectives of the company have stayed

Employee Records.


It is important that employment records are kept up to date. Be sure to notify the
management if there are any changes in any of the following:


  1. Name

  2. Home address

  3. Home telephone number

  4. Marital status

  5. Emergency notification phone number

  6. The number of dependents

  7. The beneficiary for employee’s group life insurance

  8. Military status

  9. Corrections to Social Security number

  10. Any other information that would influence the employee’s work schedule


New Employees. Probationary Periods for

All new employees are considered to be on probation for the first 90 days of his or
her employment. Ellie and the manager will internally evaluate your performance by
your 90 day anniversary. If approved, you will be considered a regular full or part
time employee. If your employment is continued, your evaluation will be discussed
