building without permission of the owner
- Violating acceptable codes of decency or morality
- Misusing the Internet for personal use
Confidentiality.
General information concerning our clients, their needs, and the operations of our
business should not be discussed outside the company. This is very important when
socializing with our competition.
The files maintained by Ellie Vayo Photography and the information they contain
are not to be released to anyone without the owner’s approval. Failure to comply
with this rule will be cause for immediate dismissal.
Employees’ personal information, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal
information is never to be given to a client in person, via telephone, or by e-mail.
Personal Calls and Mail.
Employees are not permitted to make calls concerning personal business. Phones
may be used for emergencies only. Please do not abuse this privilege. If absolutely
necessary, friends and families may call on the second or third line (255-4910 or
255-9130).
Any mail addressed to an employee will be delivered each day. Postage for per-
sonal outgoing mail is to be paid by the employee.
Employee Parking.
Employees are to park in the back of the building if possible. If no spaces are avail-
able in the back, park in a space by the street in the front parking lot.
Safety Regulations.
Employees are expected to follow basic rules of safety for the health and protection
of themselves, their colleagues, and the company. Please review the following gen-
eral guidelines.
- Do not try to lift and carry anything heavy by yourself. Ask for assistance.
- Report any injury, large or small, to your manager.
- Be aware of the location of the studio’s first aid kit.
- Report any safety hazards to your manager.
- Be familiar with the location of all fire extinguishers.
- All employees should have their own alarm code and know how to use the panic
button.
Employees are not
