variety of foods as possible. Eat something different every day, but
closely follow the mono diet; i.e., when eating fruit, limit yourself to
fruit. The same principle works better also for vegetables. An
occasional mixture of raw vegetables in a salad with an avocado,
nuts, or raisins is not a serious breach of the principle, however.
Raw foods are always superior to cooked. Hippocrates said, "Let
your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food."
Modern medicine has strayed far from his insight. The use of color
therapy renews and revives the ability of the body to properly use
the chemical action of food within our body. It stimulates and
enhances all body functions, thus coordinating perfectly with the
dietary program.
THE REFLEX SYSTEM works in a manner superior to any of the
manipulative systems — without exception. Corrections are
constantly made that the other systems are unable to duplicate or
improve upon.
COLOR THERAPY is truly a miracle of healing with its utilization
of natural chemistry. It accelerates and completes the other two
approaches.
A Modern Miracle
I would like to describe a perfect example of this trinity in
action by citing a recent case. D. Bugbee, approximately 26 years
old, was thrown many feet from a moving car in an accident. His
head hit a rock and a severe concussion followed. The attending
doctor decided there were blood clots. Whereupon holes were drilled
in the skull and drainage occurred. Complete paralysis over the
entire left side resulted. Little hope remained for recovery, or even
for life.
