410. Chinese School, Early 19th Century

Lot of Four Works Depicting Maylay Birds. Unsigned, an inscription
once on the back of the paintings reads, “Maylay Birds/24 Nov
executed at Malacca by a Chinese painter Penang Dev’r, 1805.”
Watercolor on paper, sight size 12 1/2 x 13 1/2 in., framed. Condition:
Toning, creases, not examined out of frames.
