folding in anything from mashed or
grated potatoes to grated zucchini,
chopped spinach, mint, or scallions.


Try This! My mother loves making this
in the Vitamix blender so that all the
ingredients combine really well and you
get a smoother poora. Add the water
first, then the remaining ingredients, and
blend on the highest speed until smooth.
I prefer a little crunch, so I like to add
another ½ diced onion to the batter just
before cooking.
