To keep your spices fresh, make sure
they never get wet. Always use a clean,
completely dry spoon to measure out
your spices, and store them in a cool,
dry space in your kitchen.
Spices should be kept in glass jars or
stainless steel containers. I purchase
many of my spices in large quantities
(since I know I’ll get through them),
which I store in stacking containers in a
cabinet. I keep the spices I use most
