Joseph and Mary had been married for seven years. He has been work-
ing extremely hard and holds an important position in his company.
Mary is spending a lot of time with her friends and relatives. She also
has a problem controlling her appetite and is overweight.

Joseph’s only source for feeling important is by achieving success at
work, where he feels recognized and appreciated.

Joseph gets no appreciation or recognition at home from Mary, who
is always busy outside with her friends and parents. At the same time,
Mary can’t connect with Joseph because he is always working and pay-
ing very little attention to her.

As the time passed, they continued to grow further apart from each other
and when they started to consider the possibility of getting a divorce,
they decided to come to my office and began my thirty-day program to
help them improve the quality of their marriage.

I am now going to tell you the seven steps that I asked Joseph and Mary
to take during my thirty-day coaching program, which I offered them
in my office and now available online in my web site, and which com-
pletely turned around their marriage.
