ant,seizedBaghdadthecapitaloftheIslamiccaliphatein765.TheMon-
golians caused the ever most terrible sufferings to the Islamic people.
When the Western powers rent asunder the Islamic homeland into
smallstates,thescientificandconceptuallifebegantodwindlegradually
until it disappeared. The intellectual indolence and the mental slump
subdued the Islamic provincestotally. The West then went on imple-
mentingtheirhorriblepolicyofcastratingthementalprosperityandin-
tellectualoutburst.Thispolicyalsoaimedatkillingthecognizanceand
publicizing humiliationand ignorance.An Arab educationist says, β€œIn
theearlytwentiethcentury,schoolsweremoveless.Theyincludedafew
students who were unaware of their surroundings or interiors. They
wereofonecomposing,cultural,andunproductivematrix.Thiswasthe
outcomeoftheoutercontrolofknowledge.Hence,itisnotstrangeforus
to earn such a humble collapse that threatens the aspects of our life
wholly.Thecontrollerofoureducationwasaforeignelementthataimed
atproducinghumbleandunprolificgenerations,whoshouldnevercon-
tributeinopinionsandbeunabletoovercomethelifedifficulties.Hence,
teaching was far away from discussing and exposing such difficulties.”.
Nowadays, the conceptual renaissance began to flow all over the
Islamic homeland,andMuslims began toremove awaythe dust of ig-
noranceandretardationtojointhedevelopedcountriesthatheldfaston
thecaravansof lifeandlight. Thecurrent governmentsare requiredto
utilizethisphenomenonandprovide,firstofall,thenecessaryexpertsof
teachingin schoolsandfaculties,andcreatemoralities-inthe spiritsof
theyouth-inadditiontoself-reliance,systemization,caringforthehome
affairs, and sacrificing for the protection and independence of their
homeland.The governmentsarealsoadvisedofarousingthe hatredof
theimperialistsandZionistsinthemindsof theyouthbyprovingand
referringtothe menacingdangersof thosepowersthathavebeenplot-
tingtheIslamicandArabhomeland.Thisissurelyoneofthemostsigni-
ficant social liabilities that the governments of the Islamic countries
should concern.
The Islamic societyhas had to encounter various sortsof calamities
anddangersfromtheimperialistsandtheiragents.Theimperialistshave
createdthecausesofdiscrepanciesandenmitybesidesthedispersionof
thespiritsoffrenzy,egotism,andnegativity.Theyhavesparednoefforts
