Fear of Death
Fearof death is anaturalphenomenon. Man always avoidsany cir-
cumstancethatmaycausedanger,andtriestotakeanyavailablemeans
thatkeepthelifeandopposetermination.The adherenceto thelifeline
maycausehumiliationandmortification.Islamhasrejectedhumiliation
andregardeditasasortofself-weaknesssincefearofdeathwillnever
postponeorchangewhatGodhasprescribedtoman,whodefinitelybe
led to death in the very limited time. God says:
And Allah does not respite a soul when its appointed term has come.
Any effort of respiting death is void. God says:
Every soul shall taste of death.
Wheneveryou are,deathwill overtakeyou, thoughyouare in lofty
towers.
Mattersthat prevent from performingthe nationalduties,especially
opposingtheunjustrulers,willneverchangeinanymeansthefactuality
of death that is imposed on everybody.
