Caution
If you click Next or Finish without selecting any fields, Access tells you that you must select fields for the form
before you can continue.

Clicking Next opens the second wizard dialog box (shown in Figure 7.4) where you specify the

overall layout and appearance of the new form.

The Columnar layout is the wizard default, but you can also choose the Tabular, Datasheet, or

Justified options. Clicking Next takes you to the last wizard dialog box (shown in Figure 7.5),

where you provide a name for the new form.
