Collapsing macro items
Individual items in a macro can be collapsed to simplify the Macro Designer’s surface. Each item is
accompanied by a collapse/expand button to the left of its name in the designer. Clicking this but-
ton either expands or collapses the item to just one or two lines in the Macro Designer.

Figure 15.18 shows the demo macro with all three If blocks collapsed. Each If block occupies
two lines, greatly simplifying the view.

Collapsing items makes them somewhat easier to drag to new locations, so consider using the col-
lapse button when dragging large items.
