A simple make-table query


Creating a new table using a make-table query
Make-table queries are created following the same steps as update queries. The only difference is
that, when you click the Make Table button in the Query Type, Access asks the name of the table
to be created from the query’s records.

Figure 18.35 shows a simple make-table query that selects all customers who have not placed an
order for more than two years. The dialog box asking for the name of the new table is shown hov-
ering over the query’s design.
