Packed with peanutty flavor and bananas, this dish is sure to become a favorite. If you
want to prepare this ahead of time, simply add a little lemon juice to your chopped

1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter (chunky
or creamy)
(^1) ⁄ 2 teaspoon honey
1 medium banana, peeled and chopped
In a small bowl add peanut butter and honey and microwave for 15 to 30 seconds, or
until heated. Add banana and mix well.

tolerated after surgery, so you can enjoy this appealing recipe with strawberries, blue-
berries, and raspberries layered with creamy yogurt. If you make the berry mixture a
day in advance, it becomes more syrupy.
