T Black Bean Veggie Burger

With mashed black beans and a few additional ingredients, making your own black bean
veggie burger only takes minutes. These can be made ahead of time and frozen for up to
60 days. When ready to serve, simply defrost and cook. You may find black beans also
called turtle beans because of their shell-like appearance. These healthy patties are so
flavorful they don’t need anything else.
