Warming Up with Chili Pie


Chili is perfect on a cool fall night. Chili Pie is an easy dish to make for the family,
and the assembly makes it perfect for your family to take their own serving size.

To assemble Chili Pie, start by preparing Chef Dave’s Easy Savory Chili recipe
from Chapter 16. Take a small handful of baked tortilla chips and place them
in the bottom of a bowl. Add chili over the top, and top with low-fat cheddar
cheese and fat-free sour cream.
