Whentheteethofhumansisstudiedandcomparedtothoseoftruecarnivoresin
nature,itisdiscoveredthattheteethofpredatoryanimalssuchasdogs,cats,tigers,
lions,etc.aredesignedfortearingfleshandquicklyswallowingit.Thisisverydif-
ferentfromwhatisfoundinhumans.Theteethandjawsofhumanbeingsarede-
signedforchewing,muchlikethoseofcowsandelephants.Thisfactor,coupled
withtheunderstandingthattheintestinaltractofhumansandotherherbivoresis
long,designedtoprocessvegetation,signifiesinnouncertaintermsthattheproper
dietforhumanbeingsisthevegetariandiet.However,thereismuchmoreevidence
to support this conclusion.

TheCambridge-OxfordChinastudyisoneofthebestexamplesoftheeffectoffood
onthehumanbody.Thetwouniversitiesjoinedinastudyoffoodconsumptionand
healthinChinaandobtainedremarkableresults.Chinahasthreemajorregions,in
whichtheinhabitantsconsumethreedifferentdiets.Thepeopleofthenortheat
mostlymeatanddairyproducts.ThepeopleofmiddleChinaeatmostlyfruitsand
vegetablessincethisisthemainfarmingarea.Thepeopleofthesoutheatmostly
rice.Itwasfoundthatthefartheronestraysfromthevegetarian-fruitariandiet,the
more disease and cancer will be found.
