regularbasistomaintainitintiptopshape.Wemustknowaboutthegarbagedisposalsystemofthe
body,whereitisandhowitworks.Mostpeoplespendlotsofenergy,timeandmoneytocleantheir
carsandhomes,bothontheinsideandoutside,however,whenitcomestotheirbodies,thevehicleor
homeoftheirsoul,theyonlyworktocleantheoutsideonaregularbasis.Howcanonebegintodo
seriousspiritualworkwhentheyhavenotproperlymadethewayfortheirsoultobefullypresent?
Thesoulisnotgoingtobeabletoexistinatemplethatisdefiled,filledwithgarbageandimpurities.
Imaginewhatwouldhappenifyoutriedtohavesomeoneyoureallycaredforandrespectedcome
andstaywithyou,butyoudonotcleanoutyourhousebeforeyoubringthemintoit.Thehouseis
dirty,theroomyouwantthemtostayinisclutteredanddirty,andeventhebedwheretheyare
