alternative task is allocated. - The available resource is the unit comprising three firefighters and
a pump operator (unit x), nozzles, hoses, pump, water and breathing
apparatus. The latter seldom or never needs to be specified in this type of
situation. - Details are generally dependent on the form of control, management by
objectives or management by details.
