Exhibit 4-81. Component status - partial (1) If one or more pieces of data are missing (RPE measurement, blood pressure, PAR
questions), the status will be set to partial. If the component status is partial, a comment is required. In some situations, the
comment will be set to default. The comments that may be selected are listed below
with a description of the situation where this comment is applicable. See Exhibit 4-78.- Safety exclusion. The SP is excluded from the exam due to a medical
condition, current medications, or other situation that might cause the SP harm.
The technician should not have to select this comment after the SP is in the CV
Room because all the safety exclusion checks are completed prior to being
assigned to this component. This would be set by the coordinator or physician
applications. - SP refusal. The SP refused to do the exam.
- No time. There was not sufficient time in the session to complete this exam.
